Delete your Couples Love account

Option 1: in the app

1. Open Couples Love and go to your Profile.
2. Tap the Settings icon (top right).
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Option 2: by email

If you can't open the app, email garnex.studio@gmail.com from the Google address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, email, bio, anniversary, relationship type and partner's name.
• Your Love Cards, Memories, Date Ideas, Reminders and Wishlist.
• Any website cards you made.

What stays

• Records of past purchases, if you ever made one, are kept as long as needed for accounting.
• Things saved only on your phone (such as photo cards in your gallery) are not touched. Delete them yourself, or uninstall the app.
